Managing your user profile in Artwin Live

You can access your account settings by clicking your profile picture in the top-right corner and selecting Account Settings. The user profile is part of these settings. Here you configure personal preferences such as theme, language, password, and notifications.

General
Here you can edit your name and email address, and upload a profile picture.
You can also adjust your preferences:

• Theme: automatic (light/dark), always light, or always dark
• Language: choose the interface language, such as Dutch or English
• Timezone: important to display your calendar correctly

Calendar preferences
Decide how your dashboard and planning should look:

• Set how many days ahead are visible
• Choose whether to hide options or activities
• Select your default calendar for new gigs
• Adjust the night-time setting (e.g. 06:00) so late-night gigs are shown logically

Notifications
Manage your email and device notifications:

• Receive daily or weekly booking summaries
• Choose to get updates and RSVP answers from team members
• Enable push notifications on your device

Password
Change your password here. You need your current password.
A new password must contain at least 8 characters, including an uppercase letter, number, or special character.

• Forgot your password? Use the reset link to receive a new one by email.
• You can also log out all active sessions on other devices.

Verification method
Link your Artwin Live account to your Google or Apple account for easy login without a separate password.
Want to disconnect? Also remove the Artwin Live app from your Google or Apple account settings.
